Club Manager
Reporting directly to M.D.
Job description:
Responsible for managing the operation of a specific Club including the development and growth of members, sales and profits.
Manage the club in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures.
Optimise profits by controlling stock, labour costs and petty cash spending.
Ensure staff are trained and allowed to develop through orientations, ongoing feedback, performance expectations and reviews.

General Assistant
Job Description:
Objective Is: To serve the needs of the customer in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities are:
To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times through high standards of service.
To promote the business through product knowledge and selling.
To carry out cash handling and ensure that the till procedures are met at all times.
To work as part of a team.
To ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations are met at all times.
To adhere to licence and Legislation regulations. To undertake all training required by the company.
To carry out other reasonable requests and activities associated with the smooth running of The Academy

 

Night Supervisor

Job Description:
Same as description for General Assistant with the addition of cleaning all snooker and pool tables restocking bar and cellar. This job demands a high level of Self motivation counted with the ability to work well on your own.
